Campaign Period and Eligibility

1. Zakat Online Campaign (The Campaign) is a collaboration with Lembaga Zakat Selangor and valid from 20^th September 2007 to 31^st December 2007 (campaign period).
2. The campaign is open to all existing and new AmBank Group (M) Berhad customers who maintain Al-Taslif Credit Card, Savings and Current accounts during the campaign period.
3. AmBank Group staff is also eligible to participate in this campaign.
4. The Zakat payment must be made to Lembaga Zakat Selangor.

Selection Of Winners

1. Daily Prize is selected based on any successful daily payments to Lembaga Zakat Selangor.
2. All winners except Daily Prize is selected based on:

Prizes

• Nokia Handphone series 6300.

• Al-Wassiyyah Will-writing facilities worth RM300.00. Winner will be selected by Lembaga Zakat Selangor.

• Zakat payment of RM100 up to RM999.99 entitled for Special Prize (Nota Zakat) by Lembaga Zakat Selangor.
• Zakat payment of RM1,000 up to – RM9,999.99 entitled for Goodies Bag from Lembaga Zakat Selangor.
• Al-Quran is for Corporate Zakat or Business Zakat. The zakat amount should be RM10,000 and above.
• The prizes from Lembaga Zakat Selangor is subject to the availability of the prize.
• Rewards will be mailed to customer's mailing address as registered with AmBank by Unit Ejen Kutipan (UEK), Lembaga Zakat Selangor.

General Rules

1. Zakat payment must be perform via AmOnline.com.my.
2. AmBank reserves the right to publish or display in any form it deems appropriate (including but shall not be limited to) the name(s), picture(s), identification number(s) and city of residence(s) of the Campaign winners for advertising and publicity purposes. By participating in this Campaign, the winner(s) hereby consent to and agree that AmBank shall be at liberty to publish their names, pictures, city of residence and identification numbers for advertising and publicity purposes.
3. By participating in this Campaign, all Eligible participants consent to and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of AmBank and/or the organizers and judges.
4. All transactions as recorded by Ambank shall be final and conclusive.
5. In no event will AmBank be liable for any loss or damages, including without limitation to, loss of income, profits, goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties, howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Prizes and/or this Campaign. Even if AmBank has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, all such damages are expressly excluded.
6. AmBank's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all Eligible participants and winner(s) of this Campaign and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
7. The Prizes will be courier to the winner(s)'s correspondent address within 4-6 (four to six) weeks after the end of the Campaign Period.
8. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. AmBank reserves the right to add to and substitute any of the prize(s) with prize(s) of similar value without prior notice.
9. AmBank makes no representation or warranties with respect to any prizes given in this Campaign and in particular, makes no warranties with respect to the quality of the prizes or their suitability for any purposes.
10. AmBank shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the prize(s) offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials.
11. Winners of the campaign may be required to attend and participate in the prize-giving ceremonies and/or any events organized by AmBank, if any. If winner fails to attend such ceremonies and/or events, AmBank shall reserve the right to forfeit the prize(s).
12. AmBank reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions herein at any time without prior notice
13. AmBank reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible participants that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
14. AmBank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign at any time without assigning any reason with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by AmBank of this Campaign shall not entitle the participants or Eligible participants to any claim or compensation against AmBank for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
15. All terms and conditions stipulated herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
