Certified copy of Form 49
Extract/Certified copy of the resolution of the
Board of Directors
Photocopy of Certificate to commence business
(*only for Public Listed Co./Berhad)
Photocopy of Identity Card/Passports of all the
authorized signatories
Company Rubber Stamp.

Trading License (Borang A/Borang B/Borang I)
