Project Financing For Property Developers
   
Bridging loan helps to bridge the developers’ cash flow during construction and pending receipt of sale proceeds from end purchasers and/or their end financiers. This is to ensure the continuation of the project until completion.
 
Features
• Bridging Financing for all types of property development catered to developers.
• Period of Loan: 2 to 4 years but not exceeding the duration of the project.
• Loan Amount: Not less than RM 250,000
• Margin of Financing: up to 40% of construction cost.
( excluding professional fees, conversion premium, contribution to authorities etc.)

• Property
• Quoted shares
• AmBank Fixed Deposit
• Debenture
Requirements
Minimum paid up capital of RM 250,000.
Has track record on property development

For us to know you better, we need the following information and documents:
• Company profile
• Profile of management team and directors
• Project write-up
• Project economics and Cash flow
• Past 6 months bank statement
• Audited accounts for the past 3 years.

Additional documents if applicable:
• List of completed / present / future projects
• Assessments report on the viability of the project or feasibility report.
