End-financing For

While your property development project is in progress, we can assist in providing attractive end financing packages to your purchasers.
 
Repayment Period
Three years and subject to annual review.
Requirements to Apply
Minimum paid up capital of RM 250,000.
Has track record on property development
Possess the necessary license for the proposed development
Landowner cum Developer/Joint Venture/Privatisation

For us to know you better, we need the following information and documents:
• Company profile
• Profile of management team and directors
• Project write-up
• Project economics and Cash flow
• Past 6 months bank statement
• Three years financial statement – Audited accounts for Private Limited Companies
• Form 24, 44, 49, M&A for Private Limited Companies (Sdn Bhd)

Additional documents if applicable:
• List of completed / present / future projects
• Assessments report on the viability of the project or feasibility report.
• Letter of Awards / Contracts

Terms and Conditions
Margin of financing: Residential units/shophouses up to 60% unless owner-occupied.

Amount of Loan: Maximum limit is dependant on the number, type and selling price of units, together with AmBank's maximum margin of advance for such units.

Security: Residential units/shophouses to be financed
