This step is applicable for AmOnline users who have registered their mobile number for TAC request but desire to suspend the TAC services temporarily due to personal reason.

1. Insert ATM Card or Credit Card at any AmBank ATMs. Enter your PIN for verification. Select "PIN CHANGE/AmOnline SERVICES" from the menu.
   
    
2. Select "DE REGISTER TAC MOBILE".
   
    
3. Enter mobile number e.g. 012XXXXXXX then press "YES".
   
    
4. Confirmation transaction screen will be displayed. Take the receipt for reference.
