If you are at least 18 years of age at the time of account opening, you can go to any of our branches to open a Family First Everyday Account to become a member. Just bring your ID.

It is essentially up to 10 savings accounts that you can assign personalised names (eg. My Holiday, My Child's Education, My House Renovation, etc) to help you plan and manage your savings goals. These accounts are linked to your Everyday Account.
You can open your Special Savings Accounts at the branch of your Everyday Account or via AmOnline. Accounts opened via AmOnline will take up to 3 working days at home branch to be processed.
Personalisation of names can be done during opening of accounts. Editing of names can be requested at the Everyday Account home branch or at AmOnline via Secured Message.
You can rename your account to reflect your new savings goal to start earning returns on it. However, if you decide to close it, you can do so at the branch where your account is maintained.
It is a specially designed card with ATM functionality that is provided with your Everyday Account. You can link your Special Savings Accounts to it, transfer funds, make payments, and enjoy special privileges from selected merchants and many more.
No, you will have to make these requests via AmOnline. Likewise, for applications made at the branch, any changes or termination will have to be performed at the home branch.
Yes, you can request for fund transfers at free-of-charge from your Family First Account to any accounts within AmBank Group. Interbank GIRO/IBG is subject to current fees and charges.

• Click on 'First Time Login' and complete the registration process.

No, you are not required to go to the branch. You will be able to view the new Special Savings Account(s) on the third working day after submitting your application.
Just send the request via Secured Message service and you will see the new nickname at your Special Savings Account(s) "Account Inquiry" screen three working days upon submission of request.
Yes. To unlink, please perform the following:
• Login and go to 'Maintenance' function and select 'Account Profile'.
• Select "UnLink Account" from the options.
• Select "Family First" from account type drop down.
• Check the "Family First Everyday Account" and submit to unlink.
All Family First Everyday Account and Special Savings Account(s) will be unlinked from AmOnline. You will no longer be able to view any of your Family First Account(s).
No, there is no option to select individual Special Savings Accounts. All Special Savings Account(s) will be unlinked once Everyday Account is selected.
You can request for a reprint of the Family First Everyday Account statement (up to 3 months) to be delivered by post to your mailing address at a fee (subject to current fees and charges).
eStatement is an online quarterly consolidated statement for Family First Everyday Account and Special Savings Account(s). This service will be available tentatively December 2008.
This is an AmOnline service where you will be able to view the last 90 days transaction history (from your last statement date) of your Family First Accounts.
Yes, you can request for online standing instructions via the Future Transfer feature under Fund Transfer from any of your accounts maintained with AmBank.
There will not be any charges for internal (transfer within AmBank accounts) transactions. External (transfer to other banks via InterBank GIRO) is subject to current fees and charges.
