	Job Responsibilities Check daily balancing for payment and collection summary report by comparing with supporting documents and reports Ensure daily transactions are posted as per source documents Check reconciliation for Department GL and ensure necessary actions are taken to rectify wrong entries Ensure the amount credited in sundry creditors for Co-operatives accounts tally with the amount of Fixed Deposit under lien Monitor Fixed Deposit issuance, set-off and redemption by co-operatives Responsible for cancellation of loan and unclaimed monies and submission report to BNM Ensure CCRIS is performed and data is submitted to Finance Monitor expenses payment and Department GL Monthly reconciliation of PFD Pool Account Liaise with branches/system liaison/co-operatives on unsuccessful transactions Monitor the workflow of Disbursement Unit to ensure turnaround times are met Ensure all documentation are in compliant with Shariah/BNM guidelines/FI Acts and are legally enforceable


	Qualifications & Requirements A recognised degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification e.g. CPA, ACCA and CIMA. Accreditation as a Certified Credit Professional is an added advantage Must be highly motivated and analytically inclined, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently High level of integrity and good interpersonal and presentation skills
