Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Business/Commerce or equivalent
- Possess good operational knowledge in electronic banking channel processes
- Basic knowledge in project management and preparing operational procedures
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Time management skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
