  Job Responsibilities
  • To manage and drive performance of all staff in the branch to proactively service the needs of our customers
  • To work closely with customers, businesses, and the community in which we operate to find opportunities to expand our business
  • To ensure that staff have excellent product knowledge and the skills to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • To drive the highest standards of quality in our branch operations
 

  Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for staff who are strong people managers and experienced in driving teams to achieve sales and service targets. In particular, you will have:
  • Experience of leading sales teams and the ability to coach, train, and develop staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with your team, customers, and the broader community
  • Initiative and drive to constantly find ways to grow the business and provide exceptional levels of customer service
  • Organisation and time management skills with strong follow–through abilities
  • A results-focused, and driven approach to all that you do
