Distribution Change Management


	Job Responsibilities Analysis of change requirements at project and program levels Translate requirements into communication format for various stakeholders and different target audience Formulate and manage stakeholder engagement plans and ensure effective communication flow Translate ideas into content on any medium of communication including newsletters, schedules, reports, communication (e-mail) records, meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, etc Proficiency in various communication methodologies is a must Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as role will require communication with key stakeholders at all levels Experience in project management is essential


	Qualifications & Requirements A recognised degree in Communications, Multimedia, Business, or any other related discipline Exposure to project management from detailed planning stage to implementation with a focus in managing communication is desirable Analytical abilities, proactive, multi-tasking capabilities, with good people management skills Excellent communication and writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on PowerPoint, Project, and Excel. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
