Personal Financing

 
  Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure department operations are in compliance with internal controls
  • Monitor progress of legal action taken by solicitors
  • Personal visits to the homes/employment of borrowers and guarantors
  • Send monthly letters to co-operatives for updates on outstanding collection amounts and new Non Performing Loan accounts
  • Supervise Settlement Unit, Stop Deduction Unit and Refund Unit
  • Responsible for settlement letters, letters of offer/sale and, buy back agreements
  • Administer disbursement vouchers for refund of excess payments and auto credit
  • Monitor facility line limit for each co-operative
  • Prepare quarterly Independent Monitoring Accountant reports to CACC/ECXO
  • Training/briefing for new staff/dealers/agents pertaining to Credit Admin functions
  • Attend to complaints by customers/Bank Negara Malaysia on Settlement/Stop Deduction
  • Ensure that enquiries and investigations are properly attended to
 

  Qualifications & Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification e.g. CPA, ACCA and CIMA. Accreditation as a Certified Credit Professional is an added advantage.
  • Must be highly motivated and analytically inclined, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • High level of integrity and good interpersonal and presentation skills.
