The Position
You will perform secretarial-related duties and be part of a team in providing assistance towards the co-ordination and organisation of the department or branch overall office administration.
 
  Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum SPM/STPM and/or PSC qualification
- A minimum of two to three years' working experience in related capacity
- Those without related working experience but possess the Private Secretarial Certificate qualification will also be considered
- Those without related working experience but possess the Private Secretarial Certificate qualification will also be considered
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively interact with people across all levels
- Highly competent in coordinating, organising and undertaking the overall secretarial-related functions
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
