The Position
As part of the Debt Capital Markets team, you will be assisting in structuring financing solutions for major corporates and infrastructural projects. The position entails financial modeling, project evaluation and credit analysis on clients. You will also be preparing financing proposals, coordinating due diligence exercises, making submissions to authorities and undertaking legal documentation

Qualifications & Requirements
| - |
A minimum upper second class honours degree in the following disciplines: Legal, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification |
| - |
Two to three years’ experience in investment banking/legal practice undertaking private debt securities programs, rating agencies, project investment/tax advisory from large accounting firms preferred |
| - |
Highly analytical with numerical and advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills for financial modeling and analysis a distinct advantage |
| - |
Meticulous in undertaking assignments including the review of legal documents |
| - |
Self starter with both creativity and commercial acumen to structure cutting edge financing instruments |
| - |
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines |
| - |
Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team |
