The Position
The primary function of this position is to assist respective Managers/Assistant Managers in one of the following job responsibilities:
  • Process Development
  • Policy and Control Review
This will also include assisting the operating departments to develop the operations manuals and identify ineffective practices and poor processes in terms of inappropriate design and quality standards, as well as process improvement via facilitation meetings and policy implementation.
 
  Qualifications & Requirements
- A recognised degree or professional qualification in any discipline
- One to five years' experience in business process management/reengineering/improvements, organisation and methods, systems and methods or banking operations. Direct experience in TQM and Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and good interpersonal skills
- A team player and ability to work under pressure
- Willing to undertake research and has initiative
