The Position
The incumbent will provide company secretarial support in the overall coordination of meetings, drafting of minutes and statutory compliance. This function will also require the incumbent to assist in other Group company secretarial functions.
 
  Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess ICSA qualification
- A minimum of three to five years’ company secretarial related experience. Experience with a listed group and/or financial institution would be an advantage
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels
- A high level of integrity, commitment, initiative and a team player
