This program is opened to all AmBank (“the Bank”) VISA/MasterCard Card member(s) (“Card members”) with a valid Card Account and is in good standing at the point of purchase. |

| 2. |
The Cardmember will be notified of approval of his/her Easy Payment Plan (“0% EPP”) Application at Merchant’s point of sale.The Cardmember’s signature on the Direct Debit Authorisation (“DDA”) Form serves as acceptance by the Cardmember of the Merchant’s terms and conditions of sale, the Conditions herein, and the Bank’s VISA/MasterCard Card Agreement. The Bank reserves the right to reject applications without giving any reason thereof. |

Delivery services (if any) will be arranged between the Card member and the Merchant and the Bank will not be responsible for any loss damage arising from late or non-delivery. |

| 4. |
Save as hereinafter provided, the Card member may not for the duration of the 0% EPP terminate, seek a refund or change of any goods or services purchased. |

| 5. |
Any return of goods and/or cancellation of services by the Card member to the Merchant shall be subject to the Merchant’s terms for the return of goods. |

| 6. |
Upon approval of the application, the Bank will debit the Card member’s Card Account with the Monthly Instalment payable on a monthly basis, for the duration as stipulated above. Card member’s available credit limit will be provisionally reduced by earmarking an amount, equivalent to the Purchase Amount, which will not be available to Card member, but will be progressively restored on a monthly basis as repayment of each Instalment amount is made. |

| 7. |
The Bank reserves the right to terminate the Card member’s 0% EPP without prior notice to the Card member and without assigning any reason thereof. |

| 8. |
The Bank at its sole discretion will demand Card member to settle full outstanding amount due under 0% EPP if Card member defaults in payment of any amount due; breaches any terms and conditions herein/Cardmember Agreement; is deceased/ bankrupt; or Card Account is terminated by the Bank for any reason whatsoever. |

| 9. |
The Bank will not be liable for any inadequate, defective or damaged goods or be responsible for any dispute between the Cardmember and the Merchant and the Bank is authorized to continue to debit the Installments to the Cardmember’s account regardless of any such dispute. |

| 10. |
These Conditions are in addition to the VISA/MasterCard Card Agreement, which regulates the provision of credit card facility by the Bank to the Cardmember. In the event of inconsistency between these Conditions and the said Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the 0% EPP. |

| 11. |
The products and/or services offered herein are supplied by the respective merchants. The Bank is only providing a means of payment for these goods and/or services via the usage of Card. |
