Prior to the auction sale, all intending
bidders are advised to: 1. Inspect the subject property.
2. Conduct an official title search on the Master Title
at the relevant Land Office and / or other relevant authorities.
3. Enquire from the Developer/Landowner and / or other
relevant authorities on the terms of consent to the sale.
4. Obtain a copy of the Conditions of Sale from the Auctioneer
and seek legal advice on the Conditions of Sale herein prior
to the auction sale.
5. Interested bidders are advised to read and understand
the Proclamation of Sales, which can be obtained from the
Auctioneer.
