1.1 What is AmBank Online Banking?
AmBank Online Banking is one of the most convenient ways to do your personal banking via the Internet. This service allows you to check your account balances, pay your bills, and manage your credit cards at home or anywhere you may be. This online service is free for all AmBank customers (over 18 years of age) and Hire Purchase Dealers.

1.2 Who is eligible for AmBank Online Banking service?
Hire Purchase Dealer with any of the following Corporate Current Account:
• Conventional Current Account
• CA Al-Wadiah Non Al-Hibah
• CA Al-Wadiah Al-Hibah

1.3 How can I access AmBank Online Banking?
You can access AmBank Online Banking by following these simple steps:

Step 1 - Submit eChannel Application Form and Letter of Authorization to Home Branch (branch where you open your Current Account).

Step 2 - Collect your Virtual Card and Virtual PIN Mailer from Home Branch.

Step 3 - Login to ambg.com.my. Go to AmBank Online Banking Login and select 'First Time Login' function. Follow the prompts to enter your Virtual Card Number and Virtual PIN.

Step 4 - Create your Login ID and Password as prompted. Congratulations! You are on your way to experience convenient Online Banking!

For subsequent logins, just enter your Login ID and Password. For security reasons, please keep your Login ID and Password confidential.

1.4 If I have forgotten my Login ID and Password, what should I do?
Submit Letter of Authorization - Change Request to the Home Branch.

1.5 Can I change my Login ID and Password?
Yes, you may change your password. However, you will need to login with your existing password before changing it to the new password. Your login ID cannot be changed.

1.6 Who can access the account information through AmBank Online Banking?
Only one bearer assigned by the authorized signatories of the company can access the account information through AmBank Online Banking. We encourage the bearer to keep both the Login ID and Password confidential at all times to prevent unauthorised use of the AmBank Online Banking account.

1.7 If I/We have more than one account with the same authorized signatories, can I/We activate separate Web PIN to access each account?
Only one account is allowed for Online Banking access.
