| How do I purchase this personal navigation device unit? |
Its simple and its easy!
- Should you have decided on purchasing the new Perodua Alza/Myvi/Viva, simply:
- apply for financing from AmBank
- upon approval and disbursement of your loan, AmBank will be mailing you the invitation letter
- call the number on the invitation letter
- AmBank will arrange to send the GPS navigator device to the AmBank branch nearest to you
- You may collect and pay RM299/RM399 for your GPS navigator at that particular branch

| Do I have to pay for map updates? How do I update my map? |
No, map updating is absolutely free for the next 3 years and you may do so by logging on to www.mapking.com |
| What is included in the GPS package? |
You will get:
- one unit of GPS navigation device
- one unit of GPS Navigator Holder
- one unit of GPS Navigator Car Charger
- One unit of 2GB Tflash (micro SD) card
- Operation manual booklet

| What if my unit is faulty? What should I do? |
The GPS navigator device comes with a 12 months warranty against manufacturer defect. However, should you find problems with your unit, you may want to contact the numbers stated in the operation manual. |
I already applied for my Perdoua Alza/Myvi/Viva loan and is currently pending approval / disbursement.
Can I purchase? |
Yes. For Alza booked from 13th November onwards whereas for Myvi/Viva is from 23rd November onwards. |
| I’m buying a Perodua, but not Alza/Myvi/Viva, can I purchase? |
No. This campaign is only eligible for new Perodua Alza/Myvi/Viva. |
| What if my car insured by other insurance company, do I still entitle for the purchase? |
Yes. For car insured with AmAmssurance Berhad you are only required to make payment of RM299 and whereas for other insurance companies you are required to pay RM399. |
