NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Unitholders will be closed from 12 May 2008 to 13 May 2008 for the preparation of the Final income distribution for the year. The Register of Unitholders will reopen on 14 May 2008

All applications for units, redemptions, registrable transfers and amendments to the Register of Unitholders received by the Manager of AmGlobal Enhanced Equity Yield up to 4.00 pm on 9 May 2008 will be registered for the Final income distribution.

All applications of units, redemptions and registrable transfers received during the closure shall only be registered upon the reopening of the Register of Unitholders and shall not be entitled for the income distribution.

The amount of Final income distribution receivable by each unitholder is calculated by the reference to the total number of units held before the closure of the Register of Unitholders.
